企业劳动法律风险防范

<font face="宋体" size="2">由于中小企业员工流动频繁、用工管理缺乏规范,使企业在劳动法律风险管理方面埋下了隐患。本文不惴浅陋,拟就用人单位解除劳动关系的相关法律问题予以粗浅讨论。</font> <div align="left"><font face="宋体" size="2">
