roman';mso-bidi-font-size:12.0pt">根据相关法律规定,劳动者严重违反用人单位的规章制度的,用人单位可以解除劳动合同。但何谓“严重违反用人单位的规章制度”,法律法规均未作出具体规定和细化,而是要求用人单位在企业规章制度中加以明确和界定。因此,不同的用人单位对“严重违纪”的界定多多少少会存在不同,尤其是一些特殊行业或企业,往往对内部员工存在一些特殊的行业或企业要求。因此,劳动者在准备好迈入一家新的用人单位之前,首先应对其纪律要求有清晰、明确的认识。很多劳动者对《劳动合同》以及相关附件的签收较为程序化,只履行程序,不知晓内容之后,莫名其妙即背负上了“违纪”之名极为被动。</span></p>
