roman'">本省行政区域内的企业、个体经济组织以及民办非企业单位等组织（以下称用人单位）在高温天气期间安排劳动者工作，适用本办法。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">各级人民政府应当加强高温天气劳动保护工作的领导。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">安全生产监督管理、卫生、人力资源社会保障等部门根据各自职责，对高温天气劳动保护工作进行指导和监督检查。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">经济和信息化、住房城乡建设、水利、交通运输、海洋与渔业等部门在各自的职责范围内，做好高温天气劳动保护工作。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">工商业联合会、企业联合会、行业协会依法对用人单位在高温天气期间采取的劳动保护措施进行指导。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">各级工会组织依法对用人单位高温天气期间采取的劳动保护措施实施监督。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">第五条</span><span style="font-size:10pt"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">县级以上人民政府应当建立高温天气预警预报制度，建立和完善气象灾害预警信息发布系统。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">气象主管部门所属的气象台站发布高温预警信号后，各级广播电台、电视台等媒体和有关电信运营企业应当及时向公众传播。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">用人单位应当建立健全防暑降温工作制度，合理安排劳动者工作时间，保障安全生产，确保劳动者身体健康和生命安全。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">第七条</span><span style="font-size:10pt"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">用人单位应当根据国家有关规定，合理布局生产现场，改进生产工艺和操作流程，采用良好的隔热、通风、降温设施，保证生产现场符合国家标准。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">第八条</span><span style="font-size:10pt"><font face="Times New Roman"> </font></span><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">政府有关部门、工会组织、工商业联合会、企业联合会应当加强高温天气劳动保护的宣传教育。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">用人单位应当对劳动者进行防暑和中暑急救的宣传教育，增强劳动者在高温天气作业的自我劳动保护能力。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:10pt"><p></p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:10pt;text-indent:24pt;margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><span style="font-family:宋体;font-size:10pt;mso-ascii-font-family:'times new roman'">用人单位在下列高温天气期间，应当合理安排工作时间，减轻劳动强度，采取有效措施，保障劳动者身体健康和生命安全：</span><span lang="EN-US" color="#0909f7">(深窗综合)21日，广东省人社厅在其官网上公布了《广东省高温津贴发放办法（草案）》（以下简称草案），正在征求社会意见。草案规定，劳动者将可按从事高温作业的天数折算获得高温津贴，每人每天为6.9元。</font></p><p><font color="#0909f7" size="3" style="font-size:10pt"> 草案规定，劳动者从事露天岗位工作以及用人单位不能采取有效措施将作业场所温度降低到33℃以下（不含33℃）的，用人单位应当按月向劳动者发放高温津贴，并在工资清单中列明具体项目及数额。</font></p><p><font color="#0909f7" size="3" style="font-size:10pt"> 用人单位安排高温作业劳动者当月临时从事非高温作业的时间不超过4个工作日的，用人单位应当足额发放当月的高温津贴；5个工作日以上的，用人单位可按劳动者当月从事高温作业的天数折算高温津贴。</font></p><p><font color="#0909f7" size="3" style="font-size:10pt">
